What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your unused items within fourteen days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at floraisondesignco@gmail.com

In order for a refund or exchange to be issued, all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that all sales on sale, clearance or close-out items are final and no returns or exchanges will be issued.

why are there some variations in color shown on a particular product?

Please note that each of our products is handmade by artisans in Kashmir. Some products contain reflective surfaces which we intentionally include in our photography. This way, you can capture the beauty and delicate nature of each item hand-selected for our shop.
